| 1. Order Confirmation | The buyer and seller confirm the order requirements and sign sales contract. Yitong Logistics assists the buyer in communicating delivery times and procurement matters. |
| 2. Order Preparation | Upon receiving the buyer's deposit, the supplier prepares the vehicles and collects the full payment at the agreed-upon time. |
| 3. Loading | The supplier transports the vehicles to the designated loading yard. Yitong arranges professional personnel to perform vehicle loading and reinforcement. |
| 4. MSA & Customs Declaration | Yitong coordinates trailer transport for containers to the dock, facilitates the export licenses and inspection certificates, and submits declarations to MSA. Then finalize the export declaration. |
| 5. Shipping | After the declaration is approved, Yitong Logistics submits the bill of lading documents to the shipping company, and then the container is shipped. |
| 6.Customs Clearance | Yitong notifies the buyer of the container's arrival time, prepare export documents for declaration upon arrival at the port. Or have Yitong's oveasea agent to assist the buyer in customs clearance. |
